Billy brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the mining and resources industry, with extensive expertise in drill and blast operations, crushing and screening, mobile plant operations, servicing and maintenance. As a qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter, Billy combines strong technical knowledge with practical operational experience and leadership. Billy is committed to driving business growth, delivering safe and efficient operations, and building long-term relationships with clients through reliability, quality and industry expertise.

Nakita brings over 15 years of diverse experience in the mining and resources industry, with expertise spanning mining production operations, procurement, fleet management, workforce mobilisation, payroll, finance and accounts administration. Her background also extends to community radio and community engagement, providing valuable experience in communication, relationship building and stakeholder management. Nakita plays a key role in overseeing business operations, strengthening organisational performance and supporting sustainable growth, while maintaining a strong commitment to Indigenous participation, community engagement and long-term industry partnerships.
